Flark ID ("we", "our", or "the extension") provides Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for ELD dashboards and portals. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring complete transparency about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Flark ID strictly processes only the minimal information required to perform authentication:

• Authentication Data: When you initiate a sign-in through Flark ID, the extension securely receives an authentication session token from the Flark ID OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider and transmits the resulting session token to the target dashboard (dash.rtelogs.com or dash.eld-portal.com).
• No Personal Tracking: We do not collect, store, or track your personal browsing history, search queries, visited websites outside supported dashboard login pages, keystrokes, passwords, or personal identity details on our extension servers.

2. How Your Data Is Used

The processed authentication tokens are used exclusively for:

• Completing the Single Sign-On authentication flow.
• Automatically setting the session state on the target dashboard so you can access your account seamlessly.

Data is never used for advertisements, targeting, sale to third parties, or creditworthiness evaluation.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Local Storage Only: Authentication tokens received by the extension are applied directly to the target dashboard's local browser storage (localStorage) within your local browser session.
• In-Transit Security: All communication between the extension, Flark ID, and the SSO Relay broker is encrypted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
• Zero Persistent Server Storage: No passwords or long-lived credentials are stored on extension servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Flark ID interacts only with:

• Flark ID Identity Provider: (https://flark-id.vercel.app) for authentication.
• SSO Relay Broker: (https://sso-relay.vercel.app) for token exchange.
• Target ELD Dashboards: (dash.rtelogs.com, dash.eld-portal.com) to deliver the session.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

You can clear your active login session anytime by clicking "Sign Out" on the dashboard website or by uninstalling the extension via chrome://extensions.
